About the Opportunity:
Shermco Canada is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Journeyperson Electrician to join our growing Saskatchewan Electrical Services team in Regina. Our team delivers electrical construction, maintenance, and specialty solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors, including Utilities, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Technology. With expertise ranging from 24V to 230kV, Shermco is a trusted partner for complex and critical electrical systems.

Install and maintain low, medium, and high-voltage equipment in industrial settings

Mentor and coach apprentices to promote skill development and safe work practices
Select appropriate materials and ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced
Engage in Shermco’s Positive Safety Reporting and client field audits
Comply with Shermco’s Health, Safety, Personnel, and Drug & Alcohol policies
Perform other duties that you are assigned and trained to do
Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate required
Experience in industrial and/or commercial environments is an asset
Industrial safety training and certifications considered a plus
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Valid driver’s license and clean abstract required
Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed
