Shermco Canada: Project/Administrative Coordinator
Location: Burnaby, BC | Temp, Full-Time | On-Site

 

Shermco Canada is seeking a proactive Project/Administrative Coordinator to support our Burnaby office. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project and branch operations, including documentation, orders, and supplies.
  • Assist with project setup, purchase orders, and equipment rentals.
  • Track project costs, expenses, and reporting, supporting billing and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets, LOA records, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage staff compliance requirements including safety training and client orientations.
  • Order and distribute PPE and flame-resistant gear.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Support junior team members and collaborate across departments for seamless project delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or project coordination experience.
  • High School diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Burnaby.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

CAD $25.00 - CAD $35.00 /Hr.
